Traffic Signal Division

Directional Drilling & Paving Repair

It is said that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. Unfortunately in the business of underground utilities it may not be as easy as it seems. For years natural barriers either limited the placement of utilities or pushed the project beyond it's budget. Today's technology allows placement of underground utilities quickly and well within budget restrictions. Directional Drilling has breached all types of barriers both natural and man made, by controlled, accurate, steerable and safe drilling. With a fleet of various size drilling rigs, Benton-Georgia, Inc. has the right piece of equipment for the job.

The maintenance and repair of underground utilities results in a great number of cut roadways. Benton-Georgia, Inc. operates it's own pavement repair division that offers timely placement of the excavated road surface. By grouping these road cuts from various agencies, BGI has been able to pass savings onto all of our customers. Quick repairs result in limited traffic disruptions promoting safety and minimizing customer complaints.

Storm Water Division

A retention/detention system is an underground pipe system that stores surface runoff. These systems are typically sized to maintain the runoff rate of newly developed areas to what existed prior to the development so that existing storm sewers, ditches, and other channels stay within their capacity. Underground pipe systems provide the added benefit of being able to use the land above the system for recreation, parking, and other purposes.
